Franchisees making up their own rules cross-contamination

I would really like to see consistency in the sandwich making process and rules for each franchise seem to be different some except coupons some do not some only except cash which is ridiculous summer clean summer dirty when ordering a vegan sandwich I do not want a knife which is been used on a different sandwich containing meat I would like the cutting board that they used to be clean every time I come in I would like when I ask for them to use a clean cutting board in a clean knife that they don’t seem irritated and rolled her eyes finally and this is just a wish list I would like options of vegan cheese and I would like them to get a veggie patty that does not have egg in it there are so many available. As of this week, they have a sign on the door “cash only” weird
