We went here three times during our stay. There is sadly a lack of vegan options on the island and in Praia Da Vitoria especially. Vegan options clearly marked and advertised. We had the TLC (takes like chicken) and the veggie patty with vegan cheese, salad & garlic mayo. Didn’t have any vegan cookies. Good range of drinks including alcohol & have a bottle recycling programme and most drinks are in glass or metal cans. The bread is a lot softer than in U.K. subways (noticed this with shop bought bread here too) and they seem to microwave it to melt it rather than toast/grill it
