Safe option when needed - Edit
Have frequented subways many times especially when in small towns and there aren't other options. I alternate between the veggie delight W avo, veggie delight or felafel. None of these options are very exciting. The veggie patty is one of the least healthiest options on the subway menu. The felafels really don't resemble anything like an authentic felafel. Have had the avo have a funny taste previous times. Positives are the food is quick and fairly healthy. Some vegan sauces to pick from. Waiting for Australian subway to have similar options to the UK with vegan meatballs, cheese and fake chicken. A creamy vegan sauce would be great too.
