Wonderful Place with an Amazing Breakfast

**UPDATE: Feb 2022.
They have now moved to Mae Waang. It's a little further from town but the grounds are larger and even more beautiful. There are so many different spots to chill and relax! The food is still superb and the retreat is run magnificently.**
This yoga retreat is one of the nicest places that I've ever stayed! The classes are excellent and suit every level, the grounds are very relaxing, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are lovely. The food is the absolute bomb as you will be provided with three vegan meals per day the best of which is breakfast. The spread is fantastic especially the waffles which are the best I've ever tasted!

Wholeheartedly accepting

The people are great, the food is amazing, and the ambiance is welcoming. As a mostly-vegetarian non-yoga person with a healthy dose of skepticism, I was a bit wary about staying at Suan Sati for a whole week.

It was legitimately a wonderful experience — both owners are approachable, grounded and hilarious. I was able to learn new practical skills and was inspired by Will and Lisa's dedication to their project, without ever feeling like I had to change the core of who I am, or espouse a radically new set of belief.

I've also rarely slept on such comfortable beds, or eaten so many fresh fruits (#mybowelsweresohappy).

Pros: Amazing and varied food, Lovely and welcoming team, Beautiful setting

Cons: Them mosquitoes

Incredible place!!!

This is one of our favourite places in the WHOLE world. It’s a permaculture yoga retreat that strives for zero waste and they serve THE MOST delicious vegan food ever!! It’s 100% vegan and the family that run it are just the nicest people you’ll ever meet! You’ll learn more about yoga and about yourself here than anywhere else in the universe. Highly recommended for everyone from all walks of life, it’s very accessible and welcoming no matter where you are coming from or what path you’re on.

Pros: Beautiful, kind people , Delicious vegan food, Nourishing yoga and workshops

Cons: Absolutely none, it’s ridiculously good value! , I just wish it was closer to where we live! 😭
