素心齋菜館 vegetarian restaurant uses egg, but you can request/remind the chef to exclude egg and dairy products. It also serves mixed rice in the afternoon for lunch. Open Mon-Sun 9:30am-3:00pm, Mon-Sun 5:30pm-9:00pm. Closes some Wednesdays.

Dinner during Vegetarian Festival - Edit
Perhaps due to the vegetarian festival I felt the food was not to my personal satisfaction! Although when I went there the place was packed with diners!
Pros: Inexpansive
