Definitely recommend the thermal spa experience ($65) if you’re planning to eat at this restaurant as well.

Attention to detail and flavour, the food was outstanding.
Anytime i come to quebec this destination is a must.
All items clearly marked vegan on the menu, staff very friendly and accommodating.
