Il n'y a cependant pas de protéines, ce qui ne constitue donc pas un plat équilibré. D'où la note.

This is the best place I've tried so far in Nyon. The atmosphere is nice, food is great, and vegan options are clear.
Read moreWe shared the vegetarian mezze, most of the dishes were vegan. Only one cold dish and one hot dish were nonvegan, and our waiter was very careful to show me which ones I should avoid. They also gave me an extra portion of the vegan hot mezze.

Fantastic Restaurant - Edit
By far my favourite restaurant in the area. Huge amount of vegan selection, since most dishes are vegan by default (as I believe is common in Lebanese cuisine). Recommend to anyone vegan or non-vegan.

Read moreI wonder if the menu is more extensive now that restaurants are fully open again because contrary to previous reviews I didn't feel there were too few vegan options... Like at most Lebanese restaurants, there is falafel (as a wrap or a side), fattoush salad, spinach fatayer, taboulé, makdous (mini aubergines stuffed with walnut and garlic), stuffed grape leaves, hummus, aubergine dip, Lebanese bread & fries. I had a hard time choosing!
I didn't find the prices or portions shocking for the Geneva region and it just tasted really good to me! :D

Read moreIn Nyon and around, the stakes are not high to be considered vegan friendly. On my Romandie-adapted Scale for vegan friendlyness (see my profile for full scale), this place receives 2 points: understands veganism, correctly labels their vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Minus points: Vegan option not changed once in 2 years. No Vegan desert.
Pros: 1 vegan main dish and 1 vegan entrée, fresh and tasty
Cons: no vegan desert, offers lamb, does not vary vegan dishes ever

While the vegan items are well marked, there's only few of them - see uploaded menu. Let's hope this was due to covid and gets better again.

Love this little spot in Nyon! Clearly labelled vegan and vegetarian options and the food taste incredible! The hummus and falafel taste amazing, definitely a good place to go :)
