Elko’s only fully vegetarian food venue as of May '22. Food truck located behind JM Capriola. Can make almost any of the dishes vegan including the bbq pizza, crunch pocket, the rhonda, dill fries and yukon gold fries. Ask for vegan cheese. Eggs are used in the burgers. Located close to The Stage Door Bar and Event Venue. Previously located at 206 Idaho St. Open Wed-Sat 11:30am-3:00pm. Follow Facebook page for changes to hours or additional days open.

Great find - Edit
We were really pleased with everything we tried. We split the BBQ Sliders and the Philly. The Philly was the standout, but both were really tasty. The staff was entertaining and friendly. Everything on the menu can be made vegan.

Oasis of vegan delights in meat desert - Edit
I cannot believe this place only has one review. We stopped here during a long day of driving along I80 and, oh my god, everything was utterly delicious.
Read moreWe called ahead to check the location and opening hours. At the time we visited they were located on 3rd St (close to The Stage Door bar, which also looked cool!). Everyone in our car had the sniffles and fatigue, and we were recommended the minestrone soup, which came with sourdough cheesy toast. It was packed with flavor, nourishing, and enlivening. We also ordered a tempeh vegetarian cheesesteak sub (vegan option was available) which was rich, succulent, and heavenly. I devoured it before I remember to take a photo. The fries were also delicious. I only wish I could’ve tried the Rhonda (vegan Reuben sandwich), and everything else on the menu!
If you are driving down I80 and looking for innovative and tasty vegetarian and vegan fare, you have to give this place a try. The proprietors were super friendly, accommodating, and kind. So glad we checked this place out!

The best option in Elko! - Edit
I’ve been here twice and I can’t wait to keep coming back! Being vegan in such a small town means very limited options but I’m so excited to have this place! So far I’ve had the bbq pizza, dill fries (ranch is not vegan), Yukon gold fries, and the crunch pocket. They have all been great!
