Creamy and delicious - Edit

They had many vegan options of ice cream to choose from and we did notice some vegan friendly options on the deli menu also! I loved that I could get Cotton Candy 😊 and it wasn’t pricy at all!

Freaking gross.... - Edit

They have not replaced their vegan ice creams in forever. I went there months ago and they are the same kinds.. vegan pistachio, pumpkin,peach, and butter pecan. They advertise a watermelon and chocolate but do not have it. The ice cream is freezer burnt. I told them after we ended up throwing it 3 different kinds out. The lady did not care at all.. no refund.

Vegan Ice Cream Option in Quaint Setting - Edit

The Strasburg Creamery offers Almond-Milk Swirl ice cream. Even though the picture on the freezer shows soft serve, it is actually scoop ice cream. I had the pistachio. The texture and taste were nice, but it just tasted like vanilla to me with a green tint. There were about five other vegan flavors. There was indoor and outdoor seating.

Update Spring 2023: I went back and they had vegan pumpkin ice cream. I didn't care that it wasn't October. When will I ever get offered vegan pumpkin ice cream again?!

Vegan Ice Cream!! - Edit

I stayed at the Strasburg Bed and Breakfast and we decided to stop downstairs for ice cream.
They had about six different vegan choices (as well as a ton of non-vegan choices)- all were made with almond milk.
I tried both chocolate and pistachio and enjoyed them both. It’s nice to find ice cream made with almond instead of coconut- which has so much saturated fat. The other flavors, if I remember correctly….peanut butter, strawberry, black raspberry, and a few others. I also sampled the black raspberry, which was also tasty.
There is also a bakery next door and they had some vegan choices- including a double chocolate vegan brownie- so good.
