Excellent Value, Good Food - Edit
Since the nearest listed vegan restaurant was in Belfast (!) I popped in to the Stranraer Tandoori and asked if they served vegan meals. They accepted the challenge, already having veggie options for all non tandoori meals, as well as a good selection of veggie sides. I had the Vegetable Pakora to start, followed by Vegetable Jalfrezi, off piste Sag Dhal and plain rice. The Sag Dhal would've been a sufficient meal on its own, despite only being £3.50 as a side price! The food was excellently prepared and the restaurant very pleasant and well presented. I'm in the process of moving to the area (a 20 mile drive) and will be a regular visitor in the future. Highly recommended 😜
Pros: Very pleasant staff, friendly and accommodating , Food was excellent, No veggie/vegan restaurants within 100 miles!
