delicious tofu scramble with yummy vegan cheese. cute cafe, sustainably minded with compostable items, self service water, vegan baked goods.
Read moreone strange thing was that we asked if they could make the tofu scramble a wrap/burrito (we were on a road trip and that would have allowed us to take it to go). The kitchen was weird about it, said that is not something they do. The person taking the order said they didn't understand why and offered to sell us tortillas that we could use to wrap ourselves, but we decided just to eat there.
Pros: delicious, creamy tofu scramble, vegan baked goods, sustainable practices

Reheated potatoes that are bland and stale not fresh in the slightest the old-fashioned oatmeal was like wet granola, barely cooked

So happy to have found this place. They have several vegan options and some baked goods. Everything is clearly labeled. The tofu scramble is gooey and delicious.

We didn’t think we’d find anything for breakfast in Binghamton, but luckily happened upon this spot! They are able to make any of their omelets vegan with tofu and vegan cheese. My boyfriend and I both got the mushroom omelet with the breakfast potatoes. The tofu scramble had really good flavor!! We find most places have no idea how to make good tofu scramble, but it was delicious and filling! Also had vegan/gluten free coffee cake! That was also really good. Will definitely be back!
