We went here for dinner. We had black fried rice with kimchi and vegan taco’s. The fried rice was rather tasteful, but the taco’s were mostly guacamole with very little other vegetables.

Travelling in the milk obsessed Netherlands with 3 strictly dairy free family members makes it a challenge to eat out, so it was a delight to find this lunch stop on our bike ride. Even vegan ice cream choices for the kids. Attentive staff and excellent, interesting food. Menu clearly labelled.

We come here whenever we’re on The island and it is always delicious. Same owner as the island’s only plant based restaurant, Witlof. Many choices and full of taste. Inside or outside is a happy atmosphere.

Leuke gevarieerde kaart met meerdere vegan (en vegetarische) opties. Ook voor de kinderen een vegan optie en bij de desserts staat vermeld wat vegetarisch en vegan is (wordt vaak vergeten bij andere restaurants).

I wouldnt say the food was memorable but it was good enough. And i am suprised but the amount of vegan and vegetarian options. The vibe was nice. So I would recommend it as a enjoyable stop at the beach. Next time I want to try the lunch.

There were many vegan options 🌱. My boyfriend tried the rendang 🍚🌶️ And I got the pasta salad 🍝🥗 I thought the pasta was alright, but it wasn't too special. The rendang was very nice, tho. 🩷💚

Deze strandtent steekt naar mijn mening absoluut uit boven de rest van de paviljoens die ik op Texel heb gezien (dat zijn er niet suuuper veel, maar toch). Zowel qua inrichting als menukaart en kwaliteit. Vegan opties zijn er genoeg. Het is dan ook van dezelfde eigenaren als Wit-lof. Het smaakte ook allemaal heerlijk. (En ze hebben Fritz anjola; die ben ik nog niet eerder tegengekomen in een restaurant ;-))

Het is een paviljoen die een hele relaxte sfeer mee brengt, gewoon een lekker sfeertje om in te zijn.
Het eten is uiteraard ook erg lekker. Ze hebben veel vegan opties en zijn ook orgineel in hun opties. Dus mocht je eens wat nieuwere gerechtjes willen proberen, dat kan hier zeker. Daarnaast hebben ze ook wat standaard opties, denk aan falafel of een burger :).

Toller alternativer Strandpavillon mit einer fantastischen Auswahl an veganen Gerichten. Vor allem die Vorspeisenplatte war der Hammer! Ein Augen- als auch Gaumenschmaus. Sehr nette Bedienung. Und zum Schluss noch ein köstliches veganes Eis. Ein Traum. Es lohnt sich bis nach Den Horn rauszufahren.

The vegan option we had was a plate with grilled vegetables, hummus and soy based sauce. Placed together with a lot of love and recommended by the waitress of the day, this did not disappoint. Love to try more vegan dishes there.

Toen we belden, werden wij erg enthousiast. Het eten viel een beetje tegen, niet zoals op de foto's. De frietjes waren wel erg lekker, ik vond zelf het moestuintje ook erg lekker, maar het was het de prijs niet waard... We moesten vaak vragen om aandacht, omdat we anders vergeten werden. Personeel is wel heel vriendelijk, vandaar een voldoende.

Dessert: no vegan desserts on the menu. The Greek yogurt fruit cookies they said to make vegan with a different yogurt. All I got was a huuuge glass filled with soy yogurt and some red syrup. Way to much, way to boring.

No overview who’s coming in and out. For now (Corona) it’s very important!
We had two burgers: Jalapeño Burger and the Smoked Celeriac Burger.
Burgers were okay, not very special.
