Cozy atmosphere and tasty vegan options - Edit
We were visiting U of M - Morris and were so happy to stumble upon STC. Their staff was very friendly and Ella walked us through the menu of what could be made vegan. My partner ordered the BBQ Cauliflower Sandwich with roasted veggies and I had the Impossible Burger with a side salad. We also ordered the veggie empanada and sweet potato chips to share. Everything was delicious and we’re excited to try some of the other options next time we visit!
