The perfect luxury vegan B&B! - Edit
Stoneleigh Kingsland is quite simply the perfect B&B! We honestly cannot recommend highly enough. Outstanding across all metrics, Julia and Tony have created an idyllic haven of vegan decadence: cosy touches meet luxury finishes, with the highest levels of attention to detail.
Read moreThe rooms are beautifully decorated, with bathrooms that would not look out of place in high-end boutique hotels! The rooms are sparklingly clean, with overflowing hospitality trays full of lovely vegan treats. The whole house is just beautiful: we stayed for Christmas and were delighted with the twinkling lights, open fires and gorgeous festive touches everywhere.
Julia and Tony are exemplary hosts: warm, gracious and charming. It was a pleasure to chat to them and to see the justifiable pride they take in Stoneleigh: a clear labour of love.
Last but not least, the food is absolutely incredible!!! The vegan breakfasts are next-level excellent and Tony's (legendary) lasagne is superb. The Christmas dinner - vegan wellington, with all the trimmings - was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Special shout out for the home-made trifle and mince-pies! Stoneleigh is a very special place and we cannot wait to book our next stay!
Pros: Outstanding food, Beautiful rooms, Superb hosts

Simply superb! - Edit
We spent Christmas at Stoneleigh Kingsland and had the most chilled and fabulous break. Julia and Tony are exceptional hosts and nothing is too much trouble. From the warm welcome to the comfortable rooms through to the delicious food and cosy chats around the log fire, we were treated like old friends. We are already chatting about our next visit! Highly recommend a visit.

Wonderful - Edit
My mum and I had a wonderful stay at Stoneleigh in September. Julia and Tony were wonderful hosts - we ate breakfast and dinner on a big table with other guests in the open-plan kitchen-diner, so some lovely conversations were had. The room was lovely with twin beds and looked out on the village green. There are lots of National Trust properties and quaint towns nearby, so lots of fun things to do. I would highly recommend a stay - my mum and I didn't want to leave!

Relaxing - Edit
My husband and I have just enjoyed a four night break here. We can’t recommend it enough! Julia and Tony made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent, room comfortable and shower fantastic! Lovely village with pubs, and tea room in Post office. Good base for walks and for visiting towns and villages in Herefordshire and over the border into Wales. We can thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful home and delicious food - Edit
We had a fab 2 nights here, booked last minute and so glad we did! The house has been beautifully designed and felt like staying at a family home. Everyone eats together around one big table and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. The food was great and very plentiful. Don’t plan to eat much for the rest of the day if you have the full brekkie! Would be equally super cosy in winter and gorgeous outside spaces in summer too.

High quality new B&B in Heretfordshire - Edit
My mother and I recently enjoyed a couple of nights at Stoneleigh Kingsland over the late May Bank Holiday. It was a great base to visit the Hay-on-Wye book festival. Our hosts, Julia and Tony, were very welcoming. Their home was sparklingly clean and beautifully furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style. The breakfast they provided was truly delicious and kept us going all day. They could not have been kinder or more hospitable. Highly recommended. Note: they also sometimes offer food in the evening, which looks delicious. We weren't able to take up the offer this time but hope to do so in future.

Just got back from 3 day stay. This guest house is beautiful. Has a lovely garden with a couple of sun loungers which we made use of. Beautiful setting. Julia and Tony are perfect hosts and committed vegans. Great choice of food for breakfast and two lovely evening meals. They have renovated this place very tastefully. Can't recommend it enough.

Fabulous plant-based stay in the Herefordshire countryside - Edit
A truly wonderful stay with super friendly, welcoming & helpful hosts Julia & Tony at their fantastically refurbished country house in Herefordshire. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The vegan breakfast was delicious and plant based dinner options were delightful. A magical place to relax & unwind and enjoy their beautiful property & lovely garden (and cuddles with resident rescue Love Dog) as well as go for long walks in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. Highly recommend a stay at Stoneleigh Kingsland 💚

Great place! - Edit
Fantastic vegan hosts with a beautiful house in a fabulous location. We stayed here recently & cannot recommend highly enough! Food was superb - the breakfast so big we didn't need lunch - & the evening meals we had were fantastic too. A great area to explore, lovely & quiet but there are two pubs in the village too, as well as a well stocked general store. We'll be back.
