Gorgeous breakfast

Beautiful little guesthouse with stunning rooms, excellent service and delicious v breakfast options.

It sits right on the pennine way, so walks are very easy to access.

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. The only shame is that the local pubs don't also cater that well for vegans and vegetarians!

Edale Excellence by Pete F

This excellent vegan/vegetarian/gluten free bed and breakfast is situated in the middle of Edale village. We received a very warm welcome from Julia (owner) whom is very knowledgeable about the local area and dietary needs. We received tea and fresh coffee with delicious scones in the garden on arrival. Julia adds many extra touches including handmade chocolates locally, fresh flowers and fresh fruits. The amazing breakfast are worthy of a restaurant. Including chickpea pancakes, tofu dishes and tempeh. Stonecroft is very clean and Julia is an excellent host. Well appointed room.

Stonecroft is a short walk from the Railway Station (Manchester to Sheffield line) and from an information centre attached to the local campsite. Edale has two pubs and a good cafe. Edale marks the beginning of the Pennine Way. Being a good base for gorgeous walks in Hope Valley.
