vegan option in the middle of nowhere

Found this place while cycling Sardinia. Located next to a big street on a parking lot (not a very beautiful place to relax), but practical if you're passing through..
They also offer cold drinks, coffee and cakes (didn't ask if any of the cakes is vegan, probably not). The vegan bowl didn't have any spices, but was fine with their homemade spicy sauce.
