Veggie hibatchi is vegan with steamed rice instead of fried rice. Just specify when ordering. Open Mon-Fri 4:00pm-9:00pm, Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:30am-9:00pm.

Good and meh - Edit
TLDR: nice, clean, easily accommodated vegan with many choices. I loved mine but daughter said hers was bland. We will be coming back.

There was a wait but only about 15 minutes on a Saturday night and that was awesome! They took us to a booth because we didn’t want to go to hitachi bar. We got to the table and looked at the menu. No sign of tofu. Waitress came over and we asked if anything was vegan. “Oh yes, we can make almost anything vegan” We asked about tofu because it wasn’t on the menu. “Absolutely!” We had a edamame as we waited for our food. I had Mongolian and my daughter had masaman curry. Mine was amazing, but my daughter was unimpressed with hers. She said she makes it better, and started telling me what it lacked. We plan on going back.
Pros: Many choices for vegan , Polite staff, even on a busy Saturday
