My meal and overall experience at StillWest was incredible. I ordered the Roasted Delicata Squash and it was not only filling, but fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We also ordered the Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate, which was wonderful. Just get the aioli on the side, as it is not vegan. We also ordered the “Knock Ya Naked” Margarita which was so fresh and delicious. This is one of my favorite vegan travel meals to date!
