Not much selection but good

Hard to be critical when asking for vegan food in a restaurant who's concept is centered around raw fish. But they have some vegan choices that are really quite good. Unless you just order one of their menus, you need to look a bit hard to find all the vegan-friendly dishes. But they're always helpful. Worth a visit.

Delicious vegan

many vegan choices incl. vegan dessert. Staff very friendly and explained what dish is vegan and could turned into vegan (e.g. exchange salad sauce into a vegan one).

Best sushi ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible vegan food with SO many options. Really friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely best vegan sushi I’ve ever head, and maybe the best sushi I’ve had including my non-vegan years!

Pros: Dedicated vegan menu, Not too expensive , Delicious

Lovely ambience & excellent innovative sushi

This place was great, some of the best sushi I've had. We both had the vegan menu which gave a variety of sushi and skewers. It was really nice to have such different veg based sushi to normal. My only slight complaint, was it was on the large size... but made very good inroads into eating it all cause it was so good!
We visited the one on Istedgade in the Vesterbro neighbourhood.
It was a really good atmosphere in there - communal tables, but they sat couples round corners so it was still quite intimate. Service was excellent.
Would highly recommend

Pros: Amazing food, innovative, Great service

Cons: None

Amazing sushi and skewers

I got the green keeper set. It comes with a seaweed salad with a creamy sesame sauce, edamame with a spicy sauce, 3 pieces of nigiri (inari, asparagus, mushroom), artichoke maki, and skewers of corn, mushroom, and sweet potato. Everything had SO much flavor. The artichoke maki was my favorite. There was a crunch to it and it really did taste like sushi. I also ordered the cauliflower appetizer and that was also delicious. The waiter asks if you want veg or vegan when you order.

Pros: Vegan friendly options, Artichoke sushi was amazing, Several locations

Cons: Expensive but worth it

Vegan menu at Sticks'N'Sushi

The vegan community in Copenhagen has really blossomed in Copenhagen these last couple of years. I'm not sure if you can still get the vegetarian Green Keeper menu, but most locations now have the vegan menu for 219 DKK, and it is well worth the price. The presentation is nice, and it fills you up nicely.
The last time I went (Valby location), they could also offer a vegan dessert, a sorbet of yuzu.

Delicious food

It's really just like a normal sushi restaurant and they don't have a specifik vegan menu, but still some vegan items.
It's a really expensive sushi place but they also have a very high quality of food and you get a very nice service.
You may have to make a dinner reservation - it's often very busy.
Overall the food is amazing!

Pros: high quality, professional staff, amaxing food

Cons: expensive
