Two cottages set on a 30 acre property, part bush and part cleared with an ornamental lake that lies just below. Guests arrive to a welcome plate of vegan treats and nut milk in addition to a pizza for later that can be cooked on the electric pizza oven. Many of the animals on the property are rescues including puppies, chickens, guinea fowl, geese, and ducks. Added a 9-hole disc golf course in 2020.

Wonderful place to stay - Edit
We stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage. The property is well located with easy travel to Kyneton, Castlemaine and other towns. We were there in winter but with reverse cycle heating and a lovely wood stove we were toasty warm. The place was spotless, and just lovely. Stephanie is a delight. Highly recommend.

Where to start? We were completely blown away by this property and couldn't wait to get the fire on, open the wine and cheese and enjoy the property from the moment we walked in! Accommodation Brand new, very large and exceptionally well presented. It's more like a house than a small property room. It has everything you could want (including a pizza cooker that you can use indoors, useful because the host provided two freshly made pizzas for us to enjoy!) and more than you thought you wanted. Lovely setting and private. It backs onto a lake and lots of wild and domestics animals that wonder around the property. I could write for hours, but let's just say that if you are looking for an exceptional property that's only 1 hour from Melbourne and Bendigo then booked this accomodation. When you come away from a stay thinking that you could move somewhere cold (we're from Sydney) just because of the quality of accommodation, then you know you have a good find. - Faultless - Perfect - Stunning accomodation - Excellent fireplace - Great hosts!
