Always glad for a vegan label - and two me u items have it - a beyond burger and a hummus plate. I asked and learned that they use the same bun for all thier burgers- and Iggy's brioche bun - which a quick ingredient check confirmed contains milk, butter, and eggs - so I went with no bun. The hummus platter comes with naan - which i seriously suspect is also not vegan (bit I didnt ask or order it). $22 is a bunch for a bey9nd burger with no bun, but its an airport in 2026 and I need to eat.....

A good burger in an otherwise vegan desert - Edit
I was in Boston on a quick trip and wanted to get something before my flight. I stopped here for a burger. They have it specifically noted as vegan, so I decided to give it a shot.
Read moreIt’s a basic Beyond Burger, with lettuce, pickle, tomato, and onion on a brioche bun. It comes with fries, but I passed on the fries. It was good. Not wow. I’m grateful for the vegan option.

They have some vegan options like hummus platter, vegan burger, etc. They are marked as vegan. This is a spot to quickly have something to eat before your flight. The staff was extra helpful.
