Best fine dining option in Springfield

Mostly meat-based bistro with a rotating menu always includes a vegan entree and appetizer (usually hummus). This past winter it was a vegan burgundy with homemade seiten (the seiten and sauce were both divine) and the spring/summer dish is a vegan spaghetti bolognese. While not the most vegan-friendly restaurant out there, it’s the only fine-dining option in Springfield for vegans and the dish they offer is very good.

Pros: Very good quality ingredients, with vegan options, Best fine dining option in Springfield

Cons: Mostly meat-based, including steak lamb etc
