Really enjoyed! Great sandwiches - Edit
Loved the sandwiches. Yes, a bit pricy, but they’re filling and prices have gone up everywhere! Can’t wait to go back.

This place has potential - Edit
We went during the soft open, so they were working out many kinks. I had tried their sandwiches before at Gia’s and was always impressed. Everything we had here was just a 3/5 - the textures weren’t quite right and the taste wasn’t as good as it could have been, with the exception of the stellar Italian sub. I just don’t think the prices match what you get, especially during the soft open, but they’re too high for the quality. I would love to see this place succeed, I’m looking forward to returning when they’ve opened fully and will update my review then. The staff are incredible! I hope they bring back the fried chicken and the fish sandwich.

It was good...but... - Edit
10 years ago I would have thought the sandwiches were fabulous and wouldn't have scoffed at paying more than what other vegan fair was charging.
Read moreBut I'm being spoiled here in Toronto. The sandwiches were good but I wasn't bowled over. Likely the price held me back. The hefty $14+ gets you just the sandwich. I liked the chicken but it was similar to all the other deep fried chicken now available in town.
Actually, thinking about it more, I realize they are smaller version of the now closed "Too Cool for School" bakery (honestly I could never remember the name of that place!) Smaller and more expensive.
Also, the sandwiches aren't really available all the time? Just a special pop up at that location? Or just every Sunday? It's a little vague...
Pros: Tasty, Oat milks
Cons: Price/no side of anything, When exactly can you get them?

They never disappoint! - Edit
We have tried a number of different sandwiches but I always come back to the eggplant Parmesan with the fresh basil. Soo good! And the mac & cheese is super!

Price is a little high due to that fact that it does not come with sides.
