Ho provato solo due dolci, ma mi bastano per parlare bene di questa pasticceria, anche perché è sufficiente entrare nel locale e guardare la vetrina per capire che anche dietro al piu piccolo dolcetto c'è tantissimo lavoro.

Una vetrina ed una parte di frigorifero dedicate ai prodotti vegani e senza glutine, ma bisogna sempre chiedere, in quanto non ci sono etichette che li indichino, soprattutto in frigorifero.
La monoporzione vegana e senza glutine al pistacchio è talmente buona che l'ho presa due volte di fila! La stratificazione perfetta, la morbidezza del simil Pan di Spagna e la croccantezza delle nocciole creano un equilibrio ed un gusto impossibili da dimenticare!
La crostata vegana ora non ricordo se fosse ai frutti di bosco o ai mirtilli o alla ciliegia, ma l'ho trovata molto delicata nell'insieme, come se ci fosse anche della crema, per quanto la pasta frolla era friabile ma allo stesso tempo compatta, forse solo leggermente pallida, come se avesse avuto bisogno giusto di un paio di minuti in più in forno per dorarsi meglio, ma certamente era cotta ed il sapore ottimo.
I prezzi sono un po' alti dal punto di vista di chi è intollerante, ma per togliersi uno sfizio ogni tanto, ci si può anche passare sopra, e questo vale anche per i vegani.
E poi la qualità la si paga.
Comunque la monoporzione ai tre cioccolati mi aspetta, tornerò a provarla.

Loved this place. The gentleman who helped us could not have been kinder and more patient, showing us all the vegan goodies. We bought several vegan versions of local biscuit and tart specialities. There were also gorgeous cakes and sophisticated looking patisseries which we didn’t indulge in because they would have melted on the car ride home. Several flavors of vegan gelato, including pistachio, deep chocolate, hazelnut and some sorbets.

Pasticciotto and fruttone vegan - Edit
Pasticciotto and fruttone are two typical pastry dessert that usually are not even vegetarian, since their shortcrust pastry contains lard.
Read moreWe found here vegan versions of both pastries, and they're really close to the original flavours: we also tried more famous options like Martinucci or Alvino, but in our opinion Stefano Bianco offers the best vegan alternatives of these traditional desserts.
As a plus, also glutenfree version is available but we recommend to contact them in advance.
