Serves meat, vegan options available. Located upstairs in the Flint Farmers Market. Veg choices include scrambled tofu, vegan Chili, veggie burger, and sandwiches. They are accommodating and will allow you to request things made vegan when possible. Most produce used comes from the Flint Farmer's Market. Open Tue 7:00am-2:30pm, Thu 7:00am-2:30pm, Fri 7:00am-1:00pm, Sat 7:00am-2:30pm.

They have several veg options including a really good chili. Since Flint doesn't have many veg options, this place is a must.

Not a lot of vegetarian options in Flint so it's nice to have steady eddy's. Always really busy on Saturdays around noon. They serve mainly breakfast and lunch foods and have vegetarian and vegan options available for both. Really small cafe but it's a great thing to experience if you come to Flint. Great way to see the community. They use a lot of local breads and produce from the farmer's market below them. Walking around the farmers market on Saturday is also a treat. Be careful if you're vegan to ask which type of soy cheese they use because I think most of the time they use a brand that still has casein in it. Also ask about the eggless mayo. Sometimes they use veganaise, sometimes they just use an eggless brand with dairy. They also always have a vegan chili available that's pretty good. Really simple food nothing spectacular but it's done well.
