Herbivore! - Edit
My husband and I have stopped here twice now on our way to Tanglewood. I'm gluten-free and we're both vegan. We get the Herbivore since it's tasty and already vegan and gluten-free but they will adapt other menu items for an additional charge.
Cool that their website shows where they get their local ingredients.
If you go, just be aware that they close at 5 pm on Saturdays.
Pros: gluten free/ vegan option(s), local ingredients, near Tanglewood
