Delightful - Edit
The options I had were LIMITED in comparison to the non vegan options. I could choose between vanilla and chocolate. I chose vanilla on vanilla. They were great but small in size and very very dense.

My vegan birthday cake from starry night bakery was so adorable and very yummy! It was chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. I would definitely try other vegan things off their menu.

Friendly, affordable, limited options - Edit
I was passing through the area and looked up this place to stop. They had 3 vegan cupcake options priced $3 each and 2 vegan coffeecake flavors $2.75 each. I opted for the raspberry coffeecake. It was decent. Very friendly staff. Good parking. Dining area somewhat child-oriented birthday-party-esque, like you would not want to bring your laptop or book to sit with a coffee.
