Friendly, affordable, limited options - Edit
I was passing through the area and looked up this place to stop. They had 3 vegan cupcake options priced $3 each and 2 vegan coffeecake flavors $2.75 each. I opted for the raspberry coffeecake. It was decent. Very friendly staff. Good parking. Dining area somewhat child-oriented birthday-party-esque, like you would not want to bring your laptop or book to sit with a coffee.
Pros: vegan coffeecake, friendly employees, good parking
