Excellent vegan Chinese food - Edit
Delicious vegan Chinese food - we had an ace Mapo Tofu, mock duck pancakes, and potato, aubergine and green pepper.
Read moreSpeaking to the owner, it was clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into the extensive vegan menu.
The existing reviews and photos don't do justice to this restaurant - we were very pleased with our meal. Thoroughly recommended.

This is now a completely vegan Chinese restaurant. It’s great to have a Chinese takeaway that is entirely vegan and the options are really good. As you would expect! I like it as a change but still prefer Wokpan and Swansea Oriental to be honest.

Great vegan menu - Edit
We called in to the Star Chinese restaurant early on a Tuesday evening as we had seen good reviews on happy cow. The restaurant was very quiet and the staff were very helpful and attentive. They have a separate vegan menu with so many options it was difficult to choose. We ordered a few dishes with rice and noodles to share and they were all delicious. Would highly recommend. We paid by card so the cash only statement on the description is not accurate.

Huge vegan menu - Edit
Great service, great food, huge menu, food served fresh and hot. All the usuals from a standard Chinese menu, but using fake meats and tofu. Amazing.

great vegan menu!! - Edit
our server when he brought vegan menus over assured me that they have a fully vegan side of their kitchen so there’s no cross contamination with non vegan food! also vegan hot pot options which would be fun for a group. overall really impressed and even my non vegan friends ordered and loved the vegan food!
