No vegan food - Edit
There is Beef Tallow in the fryer so nothing can be made vegan. Salads can be modified to leave off bacon, etc.

Small menu, big taste - Edit
There are no vegan or vegetarian restaurants for miles, so I had low expectations. They do not have a large menu to begin with, so we ordered everything that was vegan (except the salad and fries): Tofu Bun, Slaw, Brussels Sprouts, and Shishito Peppers. Everything was delicious! The Sprouts were the best I've ever had: burnt and crispy with a sweet oil sauce. Their Tofu bun was an improvement over a traditional banh mi, and the Slaw was simple and amazing. I would go back and order exactly the same and not be bored.

Thanks for the recommendation! One of the staff told me the Brussels sprouts sauce has fish sauce in it, but they have bbq carrots that can be made vegan. The tofu bun was pretty good! Ask for extra pickles :)
