Does the job

The burger joint operating out of here is called 'Guerrilla Burgers'. They have 2 vegan burgers, one with "bacon & cheese" and one Korean style with gochujang sauce & lime slaw. They're made with Redefine patties.

I tried the Korean, it was innovative but the elements didn't quite add up. It leaned too heavily on the gochujang sauce. I'd not tried Redefine patties before but this had been overcooked and was dry. Wouldn't come here again but did the job.

Best vegan burger I’ve ever had!

Second time coming here, whenever we come to Bristol now we come here for the vegan Mi-So-Hungry burger. It’s AMAZING 😍🤤

Pros: Amazing burger, Cosy, fun atmosphere, Reasonably priced

Cons: Only one vegan option, Hard to get a table at weekends
