great find in meat laden Cyprus - Edit

Most restaurants in Kato Paphos are meat and potatoes. We were thrilled to find proprieters who care about sharing local Cypriot vegetable dishes. It's also inexpensive. We shared the 10 euro "village special" which included 4 vegetable/bean sides, salad, pitta, hummus, tatsiski(sp), olives, etc.and were full. The owners, Chris and Gill, are very friendly and committed to serving fresh food and offer to make the special, and other dishes, vegan. It is located behind Debenhams. We visited twice and would definitely return if we were in Paphos.

I wrote the above in late 2015. We returned to Paphos in 2017 and the food contines to be high quality (this time we ate here 5x). The price has increased to 12 euros but still a great deal. We love this place. Don't miss it! Note: Debenhams is now closed. Just look for St. Paul's Pillar ruins/ church.
