Attention to detail, great decaf espresso - Edit
I'm a decaf drinker and finding rich-tasting decaf coffee, or decaf espresso with nice creme, is hard to find. Somehow Brian and Amanda manage the best decaf I have ever tasted. It's a mystery to me how he does it, I just stare and wonder and enjoy the results!
