Excellent vegan options and knowledgeable staff - Edit
Sri Thai offers one of the best, easiest ordering experiences for a vegan in Fort Collins. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have. Every dish ordered with tofu is made vegetarian automatically (no fish sauce, etc.) and many many menu items, including the Pad Thai, can be made vegan very easily. They understand what "vegan" means and are eager to please. Highly recommended if you enjoy Thai food, and great for friends/family if you have a mixed group.

Best Thai in Fort Collins! - Edit
There is no need to be worried about ordering vegetarian and vegan food from Sri Thai. I've talked with their staff and managers several times about it over the past two years, and each time they've told me the same thing: "If you order any dish with tofu, the chefs will make the dish vegan." I've also talked with a former chef who confirmed this.

Their pad thai is a standard, the panang curry is hands down the best I've had in CO, and the mussaman curry comes with HUGE pieces of tofu, which we all know is heaven. Most of their dishes come with plenty of veggies; I've never felt deprived. Sri Thai also has plenty of dishes that non-veg folks will like, and they have a space in which to hold events or large parties, too.
Pros: Delicious food, Great staff, Pleasent & bright atmosphere
Cons: Not a ton of vegan appetizers
