Delicious vegan options - and Javier the best - Edit
The food is delicious, and there are different vegan options everyday. I had vegan Cocido soup one day, and then later I got vegan paella! Both were so good, prices are fair too. The owner Javier is also the chef, and he is incredibly friendly.

It punches above its weight - Edit
The place may be small and not meant to eat in, but its vegan choices are absolutely delicious, filling and tasty, with a awesome home-made touch. You'll have to ask the cook/manager which ones are suitable for vegans because none of them are labelled. Some of the vegetarian ones can be turn vegan so don't hesitate to ask. Plus it's really, really inexpensive. Prices are definitely below average in Madrid: three vegetarian/vegan dishes for just 10,00€. This is hard to beat even in Lavapiés area. They work as a café (plant milks available) and tapas bar as well. On the cons side, opening hourse are imprecise, I live in the area and some days it's close at 5pm but open again at 7:30pm.
