Fresh and tasty food. We had the hummus sharing plate and avocado toast for our breakfast. Offers plant based milk for drinks too.

Super Yummy Plantbased Food - Edit
Goodness this took me by suprise. Their whole menu is vegan with the option to add egg to anything. The menu was incredibly large. We had the jackfruit fish n chips and sushi roll which was soooo delicious. It was pretty expensive for Sri Lanka (almost Melbourne prices) and it did take a while for the food to come but it was really fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be going back before we leave.

Nice for a cold drink, but no so much for eating. I recommend not to order the bowls since they come with lots of vegetable but no particular flavours. The smoothie bowls are really tiny. The avocado toast and the hummus plate are good.

Good alternative, if you are here during off season it is open while the vegan restaurants aren’t! In case you order the chocolate smoothie bowl tell them without milk chocolate as I got it with chocolate and it is not vegan even though the menu said it would be! But food is really good, happy cow says it is vegetarian but sadly it is not! They offer meat!

I love this place. I visit Sqeeuze me several times; and every time the owner manages to impress me with delicious dishes, juices and since last season also good coffee. The concept of Sqeeuze me goes beyond healthy eating "Healthy food goes hand in hand with a healthy world". This place is a must visit! Enjoy the great atmosphere when you go to there!

I have visited both places ( Mirissa & Arugambay) and the food at both places are so delicious. The owener tries to make something special out of healthy food, and above all, the care of being eco-friendly. Almost no waste at all! If you are into something different and up for a detox - go to this place!

Best smoothie bowls - Edit
This is the best smoothie bowl and a I toast place in Arugambay. Chilled atmosphere, very well designed menu. They have some really good vegan friendly food such as peace bowl, falafel bowl and acai bowl. Highly recommended.
