I absolutely love the food, but the people there keep us coming back! I’m always excited to see them at events, but their restaurant is a gem! Try them out, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😃

I tried their food at a vegan pop up event, and I was absolutely floored by the taste! It really did remind me of having a huge messy burger from my meat-eating days. I wasn’t the only one, either- I heard another guy tell the chef that it’s the best vegan burger that he’s ever had.

Found them at a pop up! I had BBQ "wings". They were so good and tasted exactly how I remember chicken wings tasting (it's been a while). My husband had the vegan seafood boil and really liked it too.

I could live on their dirty grits! Not only is the food always delicious but the owners are incredibly kind and wonderful people. Always friendly service and their Comfort Cone is aptly named. It’s like being served a culinary hug in a waffle cone.

Read moreThey do mostly pop-ups and have a few places stock items on the East Side. Their catering side does allow for smaller (family dinner?) sized orders. I don’t think there is a minimum guest count.
They are starting a food truck soon!!

I love the food here! I’ve been to a couple pop ups and I ordered food for takeout recently. They have the best Mac n cheeze around and the fried chik’n is also to die for. Don’t skip the collard greens. When I went to the Euclid location for pick up, it was a little hard to find because the GPS took me to the building next door. I ended up finding it to the right of the street address.

I would highly recommend Squash the Beef for all your catering needs. They even deliver individual orders. The food is the best vegan food in Cleveland. Go to their website for dates of their pop-ups and events. You have try their food. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
