Great store!

Sprouts is my go-store grocery store.

Although they do not have much in terms of vegan prepared foods (other than their vegan super fruit muffin), their grocery items have a lot of variety. I stock up on all of my vegan essentials here!

They also carry the large Plain Silk yogurt containers which are hard to find, and are irreplaceable in taste and texture in my book.

They also have vegan baking mixes, in addition to fresh produce. They also frequently have promotions on their fruit!

Pros: Many vegan options, Carry rare vegan options, Great produce

Cons: Few prepared vegan foods

Pretty good selection

While the focus of Sprouts is not veg*n or organic, it does have plenty of both — not everything i was looking for, but a fairly good selection.

Pros: Decent selection of organic and veg*n

Cons: Sells meat, and lots of junk, too

Stock up on Vegan Treats Here

This is where we go when we need to find things we can't find in a regular grocery store, mostly for baking. They have all of those uncommon ingredients, vitamins, natural remedies, frozen vegan foods, soy milks, cheeses, etc.

A few of the things I stock up on here are the zen soy chocolate almond puddings. I also will every once in a while get some daiya cheese, or frozen vegan mac and cheese, or corn thins. They have a great vegan ice cream selection too. The produce is fresh and they have great organic options, but it's pretty pricey.

Pros: Good selection, Fun to look around

Cons: Expensive

Eh......

Sprouts Market is okay, its not the best though. they have good vegan food, but i cant get all of my shopping done there, i have to go to another store to complete it. Only if they had everything that would be awesome!
