Sprouts is middling in all respects. Compared with Trader Joe's, Sprouts has a better variety of organic products but can't compete on price. Compared with Whole Foods, the opposite is true: Sprouts is cheaper but has a more limited selection. Still, a useful option for certain things, particularly as a place to get things TJ's doesn't stock at prices generally below WF.

Great grocery store and market! - Edit
I really enjoy shopping here. I often go here when I'm looking for a specific vegan ingredient for a recipe such as Nutritional Yeast, Vegan sour cream, Vegan cream cheese, etc. They always seem to have what I need and the prices are more reasonable than the Whole Foods store nearby. Their produce is great, and they have a wide variety of products. There is also a lot of supplements and vitamins available in the store. They have soups that are hot and ready, and there is usually a vegan/vegetarian option available although there isn't anywhere to sit inside and eat. The employees are happy and helpful. They also are the host to vegan cooking classes that occur every 2nd Tuesday of the month!

Cons: Nowhere to eat food inside
