Enjoyable experience

I'm from Maryland and always seek out vegan/vegetarian spots thru Happy Cow. Very nice chilled atmosphere, the owner was pleasant as was the server. I ordered flat bread pizza without the prosciutto, it was very good, thin crust, fig base, didn't have goat's cheese but substituted feta (still a good choice), drilled with a sweet balsamic glaze. Also had the protein soup made with spaghetti squash and veggies cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The price was conducive to the food portion which was good. To go I had the vegan/gf strawberry cake with lemon icing...I didn't get the taste of either and the icing for me was super sweet overload. I expected a heavier dense texture because it was v/gf and that was ok. All in all, yes I would return for another selection. Noteworthy they add gratuity to your bill in advance, plus they have a 'tips jar' at the counter. I wasn't aware until long gone and checked my receipt...after leaving a nice tip in jar. Upstairs is a nice wholesome market!!

Pros: Atmosphere , Food, Price to food ratio

Cons: Double dips on tips, Overly sweet icing, Unclean restroom

Excellent!!!

I love Sprouts! Chef Carla really goes above and beyond to make sure her food is unique and flavorful! She always has a vegan special of the day which is usually what I get. Her chik'n wraps and sandwiches are out of this world!!!! She uses beyond chick'n and it is my absolute favorite 😍💓 she has a lot of options on the daily menu that are also excellent choices. I stop in as often as I can!!! There is also a terrific store on top of the Cafe that offers even more vegan options that I can't usually find anywhere else in Gastonia. I love this place!!!!!!!

Pros: Amazing food , Decent prices , Chef Carla is so personable and welcoming!

Cons: I can't afford to go every day!!

Good little natural foods restaurant

Happy to find a spot like this while driving through the Charlotte area. Regular menu includes plenty of vegan and vegetarian items, and they have vegan daily specials as well. We had the vegan special (wrap made with Beyond chicken, fresh greens, and homemade pickles), mock chicken salad sandwich (made with tofu), the vegan side of the day (eggplant fries), and grilled cheese (not vegan) with side of fresh fruit.

Bland, uninteresting food

There don't seem to be a great number of vegan options at this place, which would be forgivable if the options they had were particularly good.

I had the vegan special (a cheeseburger), and got their vegetarian wrap (ordered as the vegan variant) to go. I found both dishes bland, and it seemed like pretty low-effort food. The cheeseburger seemed like the sort of thing someone might make at home for themselves if they were in a hurry, barely melted cheese slices with a run of the mill vegetable burger patty. The wrap is likewise nothing to write home about, fresh flavors, but nothing there to excite the taste buds.

The dining area is reasonably pleasant. It's a casual place with a clean, comfortable feel. The music was played too loud for my liking, but nothing about the dining experience was particularly objectionable.

Vegan options!!

Only true vegan option in Gaston county.
Wonderful variety with exceptional taste. New vegan daily specials. My go to vegan spot.

Pros: Great vegan options, Amazing taste, Wonderful staff

Cons: limited hours, not all vegan

Can't wait to go back!

The food here was SO good! I visited back in November while on a road trip from WV to ATL & I was not disappointed. I had gotten the Vegan Special for that day which was a warm pita with vegan sausage , cheese, onion, spinach, mayo, cilantro and sprouts. I paired it with their vegan potato salad. The only issue I had was that my serving of potato salad was too heavy on the rosemary for my taste, but it was still delicious.

It was really busy at the time I went in, but it was well worth the wait, and the employees more than made up for it with great attitudes and getting the food out quickly.

Pros: Reasonably priced, friendly service

Outstanding

Every time I go eat here I’m absolutely blow away by the quality of the food and the amazing service they provide to their customers! It’s incredible, they will always go out of their way to make sure something is100% vegan and can work around any diet restrictions, do if you are visiting from out of town this is definitely a hot spot in Gastonia.

Pros: Tons of vegan options , The best juices , Knows how to cook beyond products

Yummy Sunday Brunch

Stopped in for brunch Sunday morning before heading to Daniel Stowe and it was delicious! Loves the vegan waffles and the modified breakfast burger burrito. Will definitely be back to eat our way through the various lunch options.

There were perhaps two vegan options on menu. While they may we've more organic items, vegan is not their forte.

Fantastic!

This is the best restaurant in town who offers this kind of variety to limited and/or restricted diets, gluten and wheat free, vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, veggie fanatics and health nuts! And the food tastes amazing! They love what they do and you can taste it in every bite.
