Great juices! - Edit

I normally buy their bottled juices from Luminate Wellness Co in Bedford. Emmeline (blue-green algae, pineapple, ginger, lemon), is my favourite-tasting, but I tend to go for something more vegetable-forward for more health benefits. If you like green juices, you’ll like these (they do have other non-green vegetable juices and nut milks too). They’re a bit pricey for a drink, but I get them for a healthful-treat!

Fresh Juices - Edit

I had been wanting to check out Sprout Therapy since it opened and I finally got the chance after winning a 3 juice cleanse on Instagram.

Located on Almon Street, right next to the Almonak, the shop is clean and very eye catching from the outside. I love their cute little apple mascot that sits atop the brick outside. They have a good size space for a juicery and it is light and inviting inside.

They have two large coolers with an array of delicious juices to choose from. They also sell energy balls, including a vegan variety.

The girl working was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. I picked Froyde, Holiday Fast and Apple Cider.

They also do fresh smoothies and offer plant-based milks as an option.

I really enjoyed how fresh and pure the juices were. The flavours were rich and refreshing. Froyde and the Apple Cider were my favourite.

If you are looking for some health cold-pressed juice, this is a great place to go!
