Food okay but very slow and seemed disorganized. - Edit
It's always great to see a vegan food truck at an event! The food is fine but they really should take the time to figure out how to make the process faster - placed an order then waited, and waited, and waited. The group hanging around were slowly called for their orders. then the woman who called the names and handed the already paid for order out suddenly started doing something else, even leaving the truck looking around and returning but not to give out food.. what turned out to be my order was placed with others and sat there for about 5 minutes until the cook decided to call names. If I had been aware of this process I might have skipped eating and just had some water.

Got to try some amazing vegan food at their foodtruck at Holland Ridge Farms! Would definitely recommend the vegan fried chicken sandwich and the braised lentil tacos :)

It takes about 20min to get a sandwich…they are decent, not wow. The wait is annoying. Prices are okay, similar to other trucks. Not everything is vegan, to read it carefully.

Sam goes above and beyond with her amazing persona and delicious food! If you haven’t tried her food you have to try everything! Her newest sandwich is, The Hot Maple miso oyster mushroom sandwich and really stands out! I have tried just about everything on her food truck and I can’t say I have a favorite cause it’s is all good!

This food truck has become a life saver for me in more than a couple of occasions! They provide fantastic vegan options on the go. I’ve visited them for the first time in 2022 while there where at the Sandbox at the Seastreak beach. This year they are at Asbury Park’s North Eats (food truck court). If you ever see them, get something from them!
