Has chilled, frozen, and store cupboard foods and drinks, wholefoods, toiletries and household products. Serves locally roasted coffee with plant-based milk alternatives, black and herbal teas, and a selection of raw cakes. Offers a vegan and gluten free one pot meal every day reported Feb 2017. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm.

fab cake! - Edit
I love this shop, they have such a variety of goodies to chose from and the cakes are beyond delicious. My non vegan husband was very impressed. I highly recommend stopping for a cuppa and cake, the huge table gives the place a wonderful community feel.

Good find - Edit
While visiting Newquay with family we spotted a sign for Sprout. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of vegan goodies on sale and enjoyed having hot drinks in the cosy, clean and friendly atmosphere. The peppermint slice was excellent and the cheesecake a rare find, we were made to feel very welcome and would definitely visit again.
