Really tasty vegan options - Edit
We ordered the rice paper rolls, a vermicelli salad and pad Thai. All were really tasty and the soy protein and tofu toppings were generous Although it was pretty pricey (like all of NZ), the portions were quite big.

Sprout is located inside Westfield Manukau City, had a hard time locating it at first.

I love Sprout, the food is so delicious and clearly labelled as vegan. They have a board up which lists all the vegan options and a plastic menu, if you can't find it just ask. They usually have the summer rolls in the fridge, they're always labelled vegan. The vegan sago pudding is in a fridge behind the counter so you just have to ask for it. The staff are friendly and know which stuff is vegan. Lots to order off the hot food menu too.
