Healthy, Fresh, and Exciting

We have been receiving weekly meal shipments for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier with Sprinly. They included a LOOONG hand written note with our first order, which really made us feel like our business was appreciated. Customer service is excellent, friendly, and responsive.

I’m looking for a vegan meal delivery service, I wanted minimal prep/cooking, fresh (not frozen) ingredients, and meals that appealed to me as a bit of a foodie. Sprinly hits all those marks, plus all the meals are gluten free!

We are pandemic working from home, so it’s no issue to heat something on the stove for 5 minutes, which is a typical meal prep time. Some of the meals can be eaten cold and microwave AND stovetop directions are given for each meal. I also like that the nutrition info including macros is also included.

They are very conscious about sodium content, I’ve even added a little salt to a few meals, and I’m not a big salt eater. The variety has been good, we have rarely received the exact same meal! You can choose which meals you want to receive based on a limited menu each week.

I highly recommend Sprinly if you are looking for fresh, healthy meals that can be prepped quickly!

Pros: Fresh (not frozen) , Vegan and gluten free, Fun variety

Cons: Packaging is recyclable/compostable, but is a lot, Portion sizes vary

Good if you don’t have time to cook

I tried this for a couple months and some of he meals were very delicious, most were so so and a couple were not my style. I found all of them to be not quite enough food. I ended up getting a bag of pretzels to go with them so that I could feel full. But if you’re really short on time (I had just moved into a new house and gotten a new dog) it can be great because you get fresh vegetables with not much effort. There were some that they say can be cooked in a microwave but a) I found that they didn’t cook very well that way and b) I try to avoid using the microwave, so I couldn’t eat them all for lunch at work and some had to be for dinner when I could use the stovetop. Also, they seemed to recycle the meals every 5-6 weeks so if you want to do it long term, you end up getting the same food over and over.

Pros: High quality ingredients, Good for people without much time

Cons: Expensive, Lots of plastic packaging, Not enough food per meal
