By far the best apericena in Pisa - Edit
This place mainly does catering for events, but they also have a restaurant space where you can sit down and order food. They do have main dishes, but it seems like they’re best known for their apericenas and finger foods. I read on their website that they can prepare a vegan aperitivo upon request, so we called and made a reservation. Normally they ask for one day’s notice, but the owner was kind enough to prepare it for us on the same day. Honestly, I regret waiting until very my last day in Pisa to come here. It’s not particularly cheap, and they do charge an extra €3 per person for the vegan aperitivo, but at the same time, you probably won’t find a better aperitivo in Pisa. It really was a feast.

Excellent options! - Edit
Ate a delicious ravioli and bruschetta! The more popular omni restaurant across the plaza is closed on Wednesdays, so I was lucky to stumble on this place on my own! While I enjoyed my entree, the bruschetta that my mother and I shared was perfect and so delicious.

Some vegan choices - Edit
They have some vegan choices as these vegan ravioli with vegetables; it’s s a touristic place so a little bit pricey. In Pisa you can find better options.

Assolutamente fantastico! - Edit
After wandering the streets of Pisa, finding places from Happy Cow that had changed menu or ownership and had no decent vegan food, or were shut for the day we found this gem that advertised vegan. So genuinely friendly and welcoming. They looked after my kids well and the vegan food was so delicious, even the basket of breads they bought (all vegan, we checked). My son didn't want to leave any food, although we were all full, so they packed up the leftover bread for us. 😅 Just such a lovely experience!
