Good option on campus - Edit

Spoons has several location around Fort Collins and is definitely the best vegan option on the CSU campus. They have at least one vegan soup each day and it's usually good. Their website lists ingredients for many items, including the bread (vegan) and salad dressings--check out the ingredients before you go. Soups are typically labeled if they are vegetarian and dairy-free. Currently on campus, $6.25 gets you soup, a salad, bread, and a drink--a pretty good deal.

Pros: Vegan options, Ingredients on website, Good value on CSU campus

Cons: Staff isn't very knowledgeable

Nothing to get excited about - Edit

Salad is OK. Soup is often really salty. It's not bad, but certainly nothing to get excited about.

No thanks - Edit

You definitely don't get what you pay for at Spoons. They are over priced and you only get a tiny little meal. I'd rather go to Spicy Pickle or Whole Foods for a good veggie sandwich.

Always vegan soups - Edit

This place actually has two locations, one on campus and one in old town. I find myself in Spoons at least 3 times a week as they are the most vegan-friendly place on campus. They always offer a dressed salad that is vegan and at LEAST 1 vegan soup (often 2, sometimes 3). They claim the bread is vegan...but I question that. For 6 bucks you get a drink, a salad, a bowl of soup, and a piece of bread. Extremely filling.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Fast, Cheap
