Yum!

If you are looking for some delicious sushi, look no further!

I loved how bright and cute the dining room was with its teal and yellow walls and adorable decor. We had a really sweet waitress that could easily answer my questions about vegan options. I settled on the tofu teriyaki bento box which came with 3 yam rolls, 2 veggie spring rolls, rice and of course the tofu teriyaki and veggies. It also came with little cherry truffles for dessert but I didn’t know if they were indeed vegan so I skipped eating them. The food was absolutely delicious though!

I was told the tempura is fried in the same oil as their nonvegan items for those who are curious but it has no egg or dairy in it.

Pros: Delicious

Sushi and Rice Bowl

I tried the Big Vegi sushi roll. It comes with mayo and unagi. The unagi is vegan so specify no mayo. Big vegi sushi rolls are great if you want a sushi roll packed with veg. Ask for no miso soup as well as it contains fish! You get a small little salad with iceberg lettuce, 1 slice of cucumber, and 1 slice of radish with some Italian dressing. It comes for free with the order just like the miso soup. The only other food item I tried was the Tofu rice bowl. To make it vegan I saw them enter in no butter, and vegan into the system so specify vegan and no butter to be safe.

Pros: Friendly & Helpful Staff, K-Pop Music, Healthy

Cons: Medium Price Range (around $15) per person, Mayo on Sushi, I had to have it remade, Tables close together, no privacy while eating

Options available

They have veggie rolls and a few other different options, they actually have a miso soup. HOWEVER you have to be careful, it’s one of those places that when you ask one person they tell you it’s vegan, and you take a bite and it has butter, then you ask another and they say it isn’t. Always ask what’s in it and they can usually substitute.

Pros: Enough veggie options.

Cons: Staff unaware of ingredients and lie about it.
