Delicious! - Edit
Spoon and seed is such a lovely eatery with yummy bowls that can be made vegan. Sadly they have closed. Their Facebook page shared this sad news on 4/12/24. Best of luck to the owners!

They have a few vegan options and many vegetarian. It seems like the vegetarian dishes could be adjusted to make vegan.
Read moreI ordered the vegan burrito with the side of slaw and it was so good! We got the spicy market fries (which are a mix of veggies) with the Mayo on the side— Also delicious!

Loving the Veggie Grits (crispy cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, topped with falafel and chick pea vinaigrette. Someone teach me how to make this!!

Fine but uninspired - Edit
The food is cooked properly and tastes fine but the dishes lack imagination and in some cases the Ingredient choices and ratios were strange. There aren’t many options in the area so if you’re hungry it isn’t a bad choice, but it’s expensive for what it is and definitely not worth going out of your way for.

So glad we stopped here. Hyannis is lacking casual restaurants that offer some vegan options. This is that place.
