We found Spitz using Happy Cow. The atmosphere is super cool. The people working are very nice and helpful. Separate vegan menu is a bonus! States all menu items can be made vegetarian.

Clearly labeled on their menu, Spitz offers some of the best quick-service Mediterranean I have ever had. I was honestly blown away with how good their falafel is. It is crispy and manageable in the mouth, without getting stodgy.
They might be in an unassuming location of a strip mall in suburbia, but they are worth not passing over. If you are a fan of wraps, make sure to try them out for lunch!

Our "Go To" for vegan "fast food"! - Edit
The vegan options on Spitz's Woodbury, MN Menu are consistently amazing! I would give 5 stars but cannot because they offer non-vegan foods as well (which I think is the ultimate way to serve a group's varied tastes). The food is awesome, it has a full bar with fun cocktails, a cool patio and a unique eclectic interior that celebrates all that is Minnesota. The staff and manager are very fun and are efficient as the crowds can get pretty big during rush hours.
