Naast vegetarische opties zijn er veel veganistische gerechten beschikbaar. Heel gevarieerd en superlekker, zie foto's.

Veggie heaven! - Edit
This is one of my favourite places in Rotterdam. You get a huge variety of different food and desserts (a majority of it is vegan)and everything is 100% organic. It tastes great and I always enjoyed it a lot. A perfect choice at all times of the day!

Nice but expensive - Edit
Went here a couple of times when I was still a Vegetarian and I liked the food and options. Even though I know organic ingredients are quite expensive I still find it a bit overpriced for a self-service-buffet-style kind of restaurant.

Weighting for no waste - Edit
Really nice concept of restaurant: weighting your plate in order not to waste anything. Every single meal tastes delicious and you can take a tiny portion of anything you want if you wish to discover new things (or just take a big handful of your favorite dish !). Really nice that the menu is 100% biological AND vegetarian. Went here for lunch but we'll certainly come back for breakfast. The place is moreover calm and cosy and service is nice. Prices really depends upon your appetite (huge eaters might not find it suitable though).

Lekker eten van Veganistisch buffet - Edit
Heerlijk gegeten. Je kan zelf je keuze maken van een zeer uitgebreid buffet. Daarna wordt per gewicht afgerekend.. Een aanrader..

Price is high: 20 euros for a full dish. However, you learn new recipes, the choice is large, the beers are excellent, the service is very fine, the environment is clean.

It's so delicious, I eat there at least once a month - Edit
Love this place! It's so much fun to put as many different kinds of food on your plate as possible. It's a buffet style restaurant and you pay by weight. All ingredients are mentioned next to the dish which is great. Highly recommended. Sometimes it can be crowded, but look for a table upstairs as normally it's much more quiet there.

Great but expensive - Edit
We came here for the lunch buffet and at first we thought „this is heaven“ because of all the delicious vegan options but in the end we had to pay 40€ for two persons with a regular sized lunch plate and a drink and that didn‘t even include deserts wich in my opinions is not realistic for a lunch place and more for dinner occasions. Still, if you have the money then you will LOVE it here. We‘ll probably come back at some point, too :)

Delicious! - Edit
This place was fantastic! The food tastes great, and there were many options to choose from. My two vegetarian friends and I are studying abroad for a semester here in Europe with the rest of our architecture class and find food options are very limited at many restaurants. Although it was a little pricey, it's refreshing to have so many options :)

For dinner: yesyesyes - Edit
Already was in love with Spirit Amsterdam, so I knew what I could've expected. For dinner it was as good as I expected it to be. Bright colors, sweet, sour, savoury and other flavours.
Read moreThe next day I ate breakfast here. I must say that I was a little disappointed. In my imagination there was a big buffet filled with pancakes (ckeck), sausages (check), bread (check), tofu scramble (nope), soy/coconot yogurt (nope), a variety of fruits (nope) and peanutbutter (nope). The pancakes were delicious though.
Pros: Problems with choosing? No problem =), Good wine (Pinot Grigio)
Cons: Expensive, A rather disappointing breakfast for vegans

worth the experience, expensive - Edit
I loved loved loved my experience there. The idea of the place is simple, you pay by weight. That is an alright idea when you're going for a piece of cake or a spoonfull of rice but there are so many options that it won't be the case! The food delicious but also rather pricey. Nevertheless, definitely worth indulging once a while.

Very disappointing - Edit
I came here with my boyfriend with high hopes as the reviews are so good and friends have recommended this place. There are a lot of options and all the used ingredients are labeled on each food. After weighing our food (and paying quite a lot for it) we were super disappointed. The food was mostly bland and everything tasted very similar. The food wasn't really hot either. The dessert was great though, but not enough to give a better review. We will not return.

Cold and basic food - Edit
Due to the raving reviews, I had decided to take a look at this restaurant.
Read moreWalking towards the buffet I was so excited. There were so many different kinds of food available. Clearly labeled when vegan as well.
However once I had sat down to eat, everything was either cold or barely heated. All the flavours were very similar too. The food ended up tasting the same.
The highlight of the evening was the vegan icecream. It is such a shame that the food was just plain bad.
If you are looking for a nice hot dinner, do not visit this place.
Pros: lots of options, great icecream
Cons: food was not properly prepared nor heated, very similar flavours, very expensive for the mediocre food available.

One of the best vegan places in the Netherlands - Edit
This veggie restaurant was my favourite in the Netherlands. The buffet was largely vegan and had numerous choices. So much so, it is hard to choose what to put on just one plate to leave enough room for the desserts.
Read moreI love that most of the desserts (including ice creams) are also vegan.
I highly recommend this place. You will leave satisfied and not hungry.

You will want everything - Edit
In Spirit you fill up a plate from a buffet of vegetarian and vegan food (clearly labelled with ingredients too) and pay by weight.
Read moreThis means you can make it as cheap as you like, but for hungry people like us who want to try everything it cost around €30 for two of us with drinks.
They have a lot of vegetable which is always good, not reliant on meat replacement but they do have tempah and seitan, Lots of seating inside and outside. They also have a health food store next door which is useful to stock up on snacks for later!
Pros: Lots of options, Lots of vegetables, Clear descriptions so you know what your eating.
Cons: Can be slightly more expensive if super hungry

Grab and go - belly full with good food - Edit
This is a nice place and the food is tasty. And the atmosphere was a little too hectic for me and so I found my-self eating the food quite quickly. But it seems like a grab and go sort of place - not an easy relaxed get in touch with your beingness type place. If I needed to grab and go I might head back. I thought it was quite expensive as it is by weight.
